It's better to invest in an integrated suspension seatpost over cycling shorts/liners since most riders on ebikes use the PAS and throttles over pedaling. Shorts/liners are for serious commuters. 10 PSI less reduce as much as 20% range. Most riders don't check tire pressures at every ride. 2 weeks of unchecked tire pressure, with 10 PSI less from the start, the range just dropped as much as 50%.
My commute ride range upwward to 4 hours a day with moderate to intense riding style on urban roads, and every advantage I can get count big time. Reduced tire pressures more than 5 PSI is not one.
Sweep back bar, unless it's 90 degree next to the hip or torso, will not do much. For relaxed riders, a straight sitting cruiser ride style will be go to. Long distant commuters that mean business, we need to reduce our drag resistance. Sweep back handlebar is our death ticket.
The suspension seat post on my bike is causing problems as to what height to adjust the saddle. I have a 29β inside leg measurement. I either have to adjust the saddle to the correct height but ride with it too low with the suspension drop, or do as I do now. Adjust the saddle so it is difficult to mount the bike unless I stand on a kerb whilst the riding position still drops lower than the ideal position when sat on the saddle. I never had this problem with the many push bikes I have had in the past, but I am 71 years old. Those days are gone. My bike is a HITWAY BK11.
I can't see how swept back bars would allow handlebar mirrors to be used. The riders arms along with the bars shape would block any and all rear views.
