If it makes a difference, I’m two inches taller than you but I ride a medium. Same inseam.

Most importantly: does it feel comfortable? Looks good in the photo but also your hands are not in the hoods

I’m about the same height as you and my Canyon recommendations were always medium. But my inseam is a few cm less. That being said, it looks like the reach is a little much based on the fact that your arms are a little too straight/locked.
Best fix would be a shorter stem but as always it depends on how your comfort is. If you can visit a bike fitter, I had neck pain on long rides and after a visit the guy made a few adjustments (mostly along the saddle) and it helped immensely.
