      Damn he hit the SHIT out that scooter! Almost seems reversed. Like the scooter should hit the bike that hard instead.

      Unverified source but apparently that bike’s been stolen and the this is the thief’s initiation of sorts into fixed gear bikes hence him running hot towards traffic.

      There’s also been a case where someone stole a fixed gear bike and got into and crashed going down a hill which got him caught.

      Brakes are never a bad idea, no dispute there, but a brake would have to be sentient to stop this bellend from being a danger to those around him.
