Probably an OK deal
Depends if it’s the correct size for you, if the wheels are tubeless capable, and what size tires you can fit.
If yes, yes, and 28mm+ I’d say yes. If yes, no, and yes I’d say probably. I wouldn’t ride anything under a 28 unless I had to.
What an odd combo.
The wheels are probably worth $500 the rest of the bike is worth a bit less.
