Hi all,
I managed to pick up a 2016 Spectral AL 8 for dirt cheap because the pivot bearings needed changing. I have removed the plates but this one bolt seems captive.
Is it supposed to be captive or has the inner race glued itself to a bolt which should remove?

Hey bro. Nice bike. Look up the exploded diagram to see if it has a bearing or not.
You might be able to directly searching it using the serial number on the frame.
Tap it out with a hammer.
