The small rural Missouri town of Gower has become an unexpected pilgrimage destination after a nun’s exhumed body showed no visible signs of decomposition. The nun, Sister Wilhelmina Lancaster, was exhumed to be moved to her final resting place in a monastery chapel, four years after her death at the age of 95 in 2019. Later, Benedictine nuns dug up their foundress’ coffin to move it to beneath the altar in the convent’s chapel, which is customary. “We were told by cemetery personnel to expect just bones in the conditions, as Sister Wilhelmina was buried without embalming and in a simple wood coffin,” one nun told Newsweek. But when Mother Abbess Cecilia Snell looked through a crack in the coffin, she said she saw “a totally intact foot with the sock on, looking just like it did when we buried her.” When the sisters fully opened the coffin, they were astonished to discover Lancaster’s body with almost no signs of decay. When the coffin was opened, inmates of the monastery were stunned to find that Lancaster’s body was intact with almost no signs of decay, despite the fact that she was buried in a cracked wooden coffin that exposed her corpse to moisture and debris. Now, people are calling it a “Miracle in Missouri”.

They need to stop opening people's graves like that. That sweet nun was almost 100 and she deserves to be at peace and rest not laid out for the public to come by and gawk at her deceased body. Not to pray over her as she can't perform miracles. Ppl are just going there to see how her body looks after several years in the ground. Let her rest in peace. That is only her earthly body as her soul has returned to God who gave it.

REPENT! no one is going to be "RIP" if they die in their sins. GOD makes that very clear in Scripture. This life is temporary, and where you will spend ETERNITY is what truly matters. So, repent before it's too late. No one can repent AFTER DEATH. Heaven or hell for ETERNITY after death, simple. Start with Romans 10:9 If you confess with your mouth that JESUS CHRIST IS LORD and believe in your heart that GOD raised him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED.
