In this episode of my World Bicycle Tour, I cycle from Romania into Serbia πŸ‡·πŸ‡Έ.

What should have been an exciting border crossing quickly turned into a frustrating experience when an impolite driver at the border made it clear I wasn’t getting the welcome I expected.

As the day continued, another disaster struck β€” I accidentally left one of my cameras at a currency exchange office and didn’t realize it until I was already 18 km away. Thankfully, the wonderful lady at my accommodation stepped in to help. She went to the exchange office, recovered the camera, and arranged for it to be shipped to me. Without her help, I might have lost it for good.

I continue toward Belgrade, deal with accommodation issues, explore the Serbian capital, and keep pushing forward despite the setbacks.

Not every day on a bicycle world tour goes according to plan, and this episode is proof of that.

🚴 My mission is to cycle around the world for peace in Ukraine and the world.
