Hi, I already have new chainring and chain waiting to be put on. The whole drivetrain has about 3 to maybe 4 thousand kilometers on it. Do you think my cassette needs replacement as well? Will be veeery grateful for help

Put the chain on and see if it skips under pedal load.
That chainring has 3-4k on it? What have you been riding it through, river silt?
Cassete looks fine, do as someone else suggested and see if the chain skips at load if yes then replace it. Mayve also replace tge jockey wheels i assume they look like the chainring.
The chainring looks massively pointy to me, like shark fins
That chainring looks done. I would personally replace the drive train.
Buy a chain checker. Use it frequently. Change chains at .5mm wear. You’ll only have to replace chains and always shift well.

Don’t understand is why your cassette shows hardly any wear, on any gear. ??
