I saw this brand on Instagram: https://hypersupp.com

The designs are generally chill and the prices are not outrageous so I gave it a shot.

I ordered the Motion Jersey for $136: https://hypersupp.com/products/mens-motion-supp-jersey-dark-green

And the performance bibs for $179: https://hypersupp.com/products/mens-supp-bib-shorts-gray

My measurements are close to those of the model (although that dude definitely has a lower body fat %) so I initially ordered a size M in both, but before shipping the company emailed me and recommended I size up the bibs to an L (they were right).

I’m not posting pics, as that has gotten weird in the past, so I’ll just say that the pics on the website look accurate, except that you should size up the bibs unless you have like 8% body fat like the model.

So, M jersey and L bibs arrived yesterday and I rode about 40mi in 90+ degree heat.

For the design and branding. I like simple designs – usually solid colors. I don’t mind bold branding but I DO NOT like corny stuff (for example SYN’s “global race team” thing) or this recent trend of the jerseys just having random phrases plastered all over. “hyper supply” and the shortened “SUPP” is OK for me, and it’s not a brand I see often on the road here in NYC.

That said, some of their jerseys have “URT” (“unsponsored race team”) branding which IMO is corny.

The fabrics I would characterize as pretty standard, nothing especially interesting or exotic like I’ve seen with higher-priced stuff from MAAP or Attaquer. Like this is good race jersey tech but nothing *new* or high-tech.

The bibs are thin material with limited stretch, no gripper, and a pretty decent chamois. I do like the texture of the bibs and the shoulder straps. Even the L was pretty tight, so I think definitely size up. Logos….I’m a little worried about whether they’ll last without cracking or peeling,

The jersey is, again, pretty basic fabric with dye-sub printing that isn’t razor sharp. The highlight is that it is VERY race cut – like even shorter in the front than my Pedal Mafia Pro jersey. When standing, much of the bibs will show, but on the bike it was perfect.

I might end up getting another simple jersey (maybe the black one) from them.

Overall, I think this kit is worth the price (but no more).

I’m getting old where people think this is chill branding vs Assos

Anyway this brand is popular in Asia – a lot of Instagram photos and reels from Thai Sing Cambodia cyclists wear these. It’s the PNS of Asia
