  1. I've been cycling a couple years and now realising how much dehydration has affected my rides. I'm going out early tomorrow and also drank plenty of electrolytes the night before 👍👍

  2. Hi there, i see you are using Van rysel RCR helmets these days. I am too think of buying them. Would u recommend them? Most cyclists are using the hyped brands like Giro or specialized. Wonder if they are really worth the hype and the money. And are the RCRs light on ur head?

  3. Thanks for the tips. Recently I switched to coconut water before the rides along with applying electrolytes packages during the rides and upgraded my helmet to white and bike wardrobe to lighter colors including bib shorts…cost me pretty penny but hey it’s a good investment.

  4. The biggest tip i ever got was from my dad. It was simply to get a car and house before I ever got into the sport.

The reason behind this is it's really damn hard to get even a semi-decent bike under 3k these days. You have to choose from either extremely expensive, or find one on it's last legs from Facebook marketplace.

It's definately not a sport for those with financial struggles. I'm about £10,000 into my bike now and there's another 10k worth of parts I'd want to buy

  5. Hey man, great video. I was just wondering what garmin edge you have… I’m looking for a HUD that’s good and I’ve seen that those are pretty popular

  6. P20 SPF50 sunscreen, specifically the lotion is a game changer, apply once and it works a long time without you becoming a greasy mess while on the bike. Bought it once for my dad who NEVER wore sunscreen on the bike, he does now.

  7. Lighter clothes make a big difference but have seen numerous times that color of helmet doesn’t matter since there is so much insulation that heat doesn’t radiate through.
