Took the trusty old boys on an airplane over the sea so they could run some Danish sand through their gears. Excellent bike trails and gravel through beautiful countryside and a free shelter system to be envied and hopefully copied.

What handlebar is that on the grey bike? Looks good!
Those shelters are unreal, Denmark really spoils you on that front. Did my first overnight tour there a few years back and never had to book a single campsite, just rolled up to these free huts with wood already stacked and a fireplace ready to go. Bloody brilliant system and honestly our countries should be taking notes, would make such a difference for new riders getting into touring.
The Bridgestone looks like a proper workhorse, reckon rigid steel is the way to go for mixed gravel if you’re not chasing speed records. Did you box them in a bike bag or use the cardboard method at the airport? Always keen to hear how people manage long haul flights with old steel frames in one piece. Also pretty jealous of that coastal stretch, looks like a top day for a tailwind run.
Stunning pics! Looks like an amazing adventure! Thanks for posting!
