I have two sets and they work just fine in the summer. Get dirty easy tho

Depends on individuals. It might be too thin for warmers, or it might be thick enough. Everyone is different

  3. I have a pair that was specifically described as sun protection. It’s been really hot here lately but I was wearing them on spring days and when it was 50 to 55f when my ride started. I also have some fleece lined “winter” arm warmers which I would absolutely not recommend in the summer lol

  4. These are sun sleeves and are intended to serve as sun protection. I wore them for a 160km ride yesterday. Sunscreen needs reapplication every few hours to remain effective, so these are a more convenient/durable alternative on long rides.

  5. It’s weird that they have them as ‘sun sleeves arm warmers’. If they’re sun sleeves they should not be intentionally warming. I’ve worn sun sleeves from a different brand on long hot rides before and I really liked them. Don’t have to worry about sweating off your sunscreen and they do seem to wick away well for cooking

  6. I have these and exclusively use them as spring/autumn sleeves. They keep your arms from getting cold in 13ish-20 degrees C weather, but not warm.
