After tragedy struck….
Received a mysterious comment on my previous post about my so cruelly stolen Brompton- which turned out to be from Jeffrey, who had been sold my bike from a friend of a friend the day after the theft. He found my post after sticking the frame number into an AI search- if AI is good for anything!
Lesson learned- leave the full frame number in the post and never ever leave your Brompton outside.
Thanks Reddit! And to relentlessly kind people such as Jeffrey. And to every bloke who offered me a posse of mates to confront the thief with.
P.S. – Jeffrey is a very talented chef and is currently looking for full-time work in London- any leads will be much appreciated & passed on! X
