At over 50 mph, Dylan Groenewegen forced Fabio Jakobsen into the barriers at the 2020 tour de pologne, send him through the boarding and into a medically induced coma.
Even though Jakobsen recovered and raced again, the man who did it, Dylan Groenewegen received only 9 months ban.
