I bought a bike recently that came with Trp trail evos that won’t bed in, or at least the front wont.
I bedded in the rear brakes and this isn’t my first time bedding in brakes so I seriously doubt its my fault. Ive tried bedding maybe 3 times and every time they glaze.
Ive had to sand them down every single time to restart the bedding process which doesn’t work.
I don’t think they’re contaminated because every time ive cleaned the rotors and pads with ISP and the area around it seems clean.
Im aware of the well known issue of Trps leaking but having owned dhr evos in the past, they’ve never leaked on me.
Do I need new brakes? pads? Resin pads in case that clears anything and the bike being used kinda gets rid of any warranty on the calipers

Sand your rotor?
What grit are you sanding them with?
Is the bike new or used? If it’s used you should check your rotor thickness.
I can’t tell but if the pads are TRP they are shit get shimano pads they work great with my DH evos
Try cleaning with brake clean instead of alcohol, if it doesn’t work you might just need to get new pads
I usually just “sand” them a bit until they look raw on the asphalt or a curb. No need for sandpaper. Rotors though you might want some sandpaper, I use 120 most of the time. You should make random shapes when doing so.
Sand pads and rotors, blowtorch pads a bit (you’re not annihilating them but you want them hot enough to burn off contaminants), reinstall, bed, see if you get an improvement.
