Spent the last 5 years on an Aeroad Gen 3 Large. Decided to go for an Medium this time around. I’ve rode both 56 and 58cm in the past and both work well for me with some tweaks.
In case anyone is in the same boat, sharing some pics of how an L and M looks in practice with the same saddle height. Will be adding the aero drops shortly which will extend reach my 1cm, so fit will be close-ish to the previous bike.

I’m 184cm,
Was hesitating between M and L, because in the chart I was right in between. I got my CF SLX in medium size + Tri handles. It was a great choice.
Had to adjust handles to the “smaller” side. And it works perfectly for me.

Thanks for sharing! I was hesitating between M and L as well, but in the end I went with L. Hopefully I won’t regret the decision. I’m 185,5cm with an 87cm inseam.
