Inspired by the problem solvers cross clamp ( in Europe it is hard to find a similar solution) I fabricated a cable pulley to use a bottom pull derailleur on a top cable routing frame.
Yesterday it worked mechanically but I tried to do the indexing today and the clamp, even if tightened very heavily, is moving up or turning to the drive train side.
I tried to make a U instead of a cross with the cable as well.
Anyone could help me with an idea?

Silly question. Can you tighten the bolt on your “cable pulley direction change”-thingy more?
Make a bracket from the rear wheel fender hole up there to the outside of your pulley. Bolt through it and let that anchor the pulley down
This is stupid of me to ask, but can you loosen the bolt on the derailleur, put it in most inner position, pull cable and re-tighten the bolt?
Edit: oh I see the moving part. Can you get a thicker adapter?
