I recently came across a post about the Spexcel brand, and honestly, they’re the best I’ve tried at that price point. The fit is spot on, and the pockets are extremely stable: they don’t shift at all. Getting this quality for just €30 still amazes me.

I’ve been wearing this one for a year now, and it hasn’t budged or lost its shape, unlike most of my other jerseys.

  1. 1,78m here, 65kg, I love the fit of the jerseys (S for me).

I had a little battles with the bibs. I started cycling with a Van rysel one. It was enough for my beginner level.

But, for the winter, I decided to give a shot to the spexcel long bibs.

The first one was a shame. Weird textile, shredded after only few rides.. was an awful experience.
After some research, the first long bibs was made in 2022. Bought in 2025.. AliExpress told me later, that a 2025 long bibs was available. It was my last chance for Spexcel bibs. And the second experience was incredible.

Today, I have 2 recent bibs from spexcel, long sleeve and short sleeve from them, two wind prof vest (again, the most recent one is gapping the old one in term of quality).

I still follow them, searching for pink stuff ahah ! But the recent quality is amazing for the price.

  2. Agreed. I bought a jersey just to give it a try, and for 30 it’s fantastic. I don’t know why I’d pay more just for a brand name.

  3. Looks good. I heard there’s some difference between the thin summer material and the «normal» material. Have you noticed something in that regards?
