I'm trying to find a way to mount bags to my fork. I've got a 2020 Specialized Diverge Sport, which has two eyelets on the fork that I've measured to be about 165-170mm apart. There are no mounting points at the crown.
I was hoping to use the Ortlieb Fork Pack system with Quick-Lock S, but the bolt spacing doesn't match. It's been the same story with most other products I've found since the bolt spacing is non-standard.
Has anyone else found a way to mount bags to this or a similar fork?

The first link in your post isn’t working for me, but I’m fairly certain that I’ve got the same bike. I use Tailfin Cargo Cages on the fork and have no issues attaching Tailfin’s bags, standard dry bags (I like Sea to Summit’s 5L Big River) or even strapping on a Nalgene bottle for extra water. Done a number of trips with them and just leave them on the bike all the time now.

Depending on if you plan to ride mostly paved or light gravel, and if you are budget-concious, I have been using the Rhinowalk 6L fork bags the last few years and they work fine for me. The come with a bracket that integrates with the bags – should fit most fork eyelet configurations.
