Those aluminum bends look really clean for a DIY build. Did you do the fab work yourself or did you have a friend with a shop help out? I’ve been wanting to attempt something similar on my old Stumpjumper but the tubing bender rental around here is pretty pricey.

The proportions look spot on too, doesn’t dwarf the front end like some of the oversized cargo racks tend to do. Trek did that fade paint thing on a lot of their late 90s models and yours still looks sharp under the sun. Are you running this as a daily commuter or mostly weekend stuff?
