  2. I’ll try to do some exercises. I’m gonna get my Vein. I’m gonna go get the injection done probably I don’t really want the needle, but I may have to do it. I want laser surgery, but there’s exercise. I agree. I’ve tried a couple of them. I think for if you do it for 1015 minutes, you’re right it’ll help blood flow to the heart. I have no blood clots in my legs. None I want to go in the hospitals which I do not want to go to. I’m gonna get it done but appreciate the advice.

  3. Good morning sir enaku 35years aguthu sir…my name devi sir enaku varicose ஆரம்ப நிலை sir..enna enna food sappada kudathu enna pannanum pls telme sir..

  4. Thank you Sir. Weleda also had a "milk" for varicose veins and tired legs: made of the medical plant Hamamelis, and it was so wonderfully helpful. Weleda changed its name and I don't remember the new one. But have been doing the excercises 3 days in a row now. Some heel-stands before that. Feel better already, not the terrifying pain from crazy sedentary and YT-abuse, with much fear of lungembolism or worse. But I used an other video, couldn'
t refind it. It was beeter than this. Called sth like " Help/Heal varicose veins in 1 week" in good english.

  5. For anyone curious if this really works: try adding it to your daily routine while brushing your teeth, and if possible, wear compression socks! You’ll definitely notice an improvement in your legs!
