I just received this bike and put it together. Im trying to take the back tire off to put it on a trainer. I can take the lever off and put it on but the rod will not budge when I go counter clockwise. I also have tired the 6mm bit and that doesn’t work either. Any suggestions please??

Pull it out and use a bigger wrench?

Did you accidentally cross thread the aluminum thru axle?
I usually also put a dab of grease on the thru axle threads as well
