I did the same. Shimano 2x to Sram Force 1x and for my area, climbing conditions, style of riding, etc., the 1x is perfect for me…not everyone, but for me it works and works flawlessly.

That setup looks good. The weight savings of 1x on a Grizl is no joke, especially for technical gravel.
