My man, drop back wheel first so you can use your legs to absorb the impact. I have spots on my shins that have no feeling 25 years after the injury, from landing flat from about that high and front foot slipping off the pedal.

I think I got that seat, hate the canvas rubs your skin right off but looks cool.

Bend more limbs in the air bro. I know you’re young & you’re still developing strength. But in the air you need to try keep your elbows & knees bent, & not let the bikes weight pull them straight. You will have a much easier & less painful landing if you don’t let your body go limp in the air before a sudden impact…
The goal is to be loose enough to absorb the impact of the landing, but also engaged & ready to support your weight during the impact. Think about a football player before a tackle, bent knees, bent arms, ready for the impact… Or a lion locked in ready to pounce on a gazzell. Not chilling with muscles relaxed, Bent limbs ready to be athletic.
Your form will make you a much better rider, much sooner; if you figure that out.
