You’re basically trying to english hop over the jumps. Let the jump carry you. Stretch yourself out as you go to the lip instead of absorbing it. There’s plenty jump tutorial videos on the internet.
Goodluck, everyone starts somewhere.

It’s all in the legs. If you watch you’re letting your legs collapse halfway up the lip. You want your legs fully extended all the way to the end, where you push in even more, to get that pop. Almost like a rowing machine. Try holding on as long as possible instead of doing it fast, be almost lazy and push as late as you possibly can.

Spend some time on a pumptrack learning basic bike control before you try to leave the ground. Sorry but in this clip you are riding very stiff and struggling to go straight. You have no business jumping yet.

Lower your seat. Get a dropper post eventually. Use all of your legs to jump and absorb landings

Ever jump on a trampoline? You have to drive your legs down into them to get height instead of absorbing the energy like you’re doing. Let the jump do the work of kicking you into the air.
Not bad for first time. Keep jumping and watch some videos on technique. The boosting part will come in time.

The key is to keep practicing. Ride with a good jumper and they can show you how to compress the face of the jump and what speeds they take into the jumps. You’ll be amazed how much progress you can make each season

Stand up taller in between the jumps.
Push more with legs into the ramps & pull less with your arms.

Do a second day, then a third day, repeat every fourth day.

Stop looking down, your body follows your head, so once you start getting air, you’re likely to have issues nose diving. Look at the next jump, think about tge next jump, not the jump you’re on.

Those jumps are fine. You just need to do that run a thousand more times and practice pushing into the jump with your legs.
