Picked up this beauty for $60 in Long Beach. Absolutely love riding it. Just a clean mild clean and polish and added a cinch bag for water or phone & keys depending on the distance. Added lights for the night rides. Will be replacing the pedals, bar tape & brake covers as well as swapping the tires for some 28mm Schwalbe Marathon Plus. I got 2 flats on my first distance ride and that was the deciding factor. Currently running 25mm. The frame is a tiny bit too big for me but I’m never getting rid of it.

  1. I have one just like it, it’s a great bike, if it fits. Sell it for $150 and buy a bike that fits you. Columbus tubing 80s, Japanese made bikes are not that hard to find.

  2. Interesting brake wear on the rear wheel, adjacent to each spoke nipple. Maybe adjusted a bit too close?
