Don’t know anything about bikes but found this the other day. Any ideas if this an ok bike after I clean it up? Or should i just toss it?

Looks like a Mike Aitken Fit complete. Not bad but pretty dated now. Can tell by the gyro and headset it’s a basic entry level. But it’ll touch up nice if you put some work in

Any recommendations on a bike that is good that won’t break the bank is welcomed.
