Need recommendations for a rack/panniers, this is a 26incher so the Chainstays are kinda short, which is causing me issues with heelclip when trying out panniers, anyone have recommendations for a rack that sits further back, or panniers that can mount further back? Or other ideas? Video is kinda crooked but the rack is level if not tilted back a tiny bit currently.

I also have a 26 inch bike. 90s mtb thing. For me the Tubus classic works great
I’ve just converted a very special bike from my past into a bikepacking for a charity project ride across Europe. It has super short stays and the Old Man Mountain Divide worked perfectly for me. It has a lot of layback in its feet at the lower mounting point – which is why I chose it.
I’ve got quite big feet and has the same concern as you….no issues at all, and fits brilliantly easily!
