Hey! My cable hanger is blocking the bearing cup nut, so I can only tighten the lock nut without holding the bearing cup… I think the headset is going too tight. Should I just loosen the bearing cup a lot more to avoid over tightening it? What would you do? Thanks!

To remove the stem, do I need to unscrew the headset or only the single bolt at the top of the stem?
