I cycled from Crosby to Southport but instead of heading along the coast I decided to take a detour through the English countryside. I stopped off at Lancashire oldest pub before continuing down the Leeds Liverpool canal. When I reached Southport I found a quiet spot and made a lovely Full English Breakfast and finished with a Strawberry Split on Southport Promenade.
