MOONEYES Imagineer emi が、フランスのビアリッツで行われたモーターサイクルイベントの Wheels and Waves に参加してきました！

山の頂上で行われているモーターサイクルレースの Punk’s Peak に行くための 5km のハイキングから、広大な自然の中で行われているレースはとにかくEXCITING！そして Wheel and Waves Village では、ショーバイクやベンダーブースが多く立ち並び、スケートボードランプで大盛り上がり！まさにビレッジの名前の通り、一つの町のように賑わっています。さらに、円形になった会場で垂直の壁をバイクが駆け回っていく Wall of Death も大迫力!! バイクやスケートボードだけではなく、いろいろな飾り付けやアートワークが並び、アートとバイクが展示された空間 Art Ride も必見です。砂地のレース場を土煙立てながら走っていく、ダートレースのビンテージラリーも大興奮もの！バイク好きなら必見で、いろいろな種類のバイクを見ることができます。

MOONEYES Imagineer emi traveled to Biarritz, France, to attend the motorcycle event Wheels and Waves!

From a 5 km hike to reach Punk’s Peak, the hillclimb race held at the top of a mountain, to the thrilling races surrounded by nature, every moment is packed with excitement. At Wheels and Waves Village, you’ll find wonderful lineup of custom motorcycles, vendor booths, and a skateboard ramp that’s always full of action. As the name suggests, the Village has the vibrant atmosphere of a bustling town.

Don’t miss the spectacular Wall of Death, where bikes race around the vertical walls of a circular arena. Not only the motorcycles and skateboarding, the event is filled with unique decorations and artwork. Be sure to check out Art Ride, where motorcycles and art come together in a truly inspiring exhibition. Another highlight is the vintage dirt races, where vintage motorcycles charge across the dirt track, kicking up clouds of dust. If you’re a motorcycle enthusiast, this event is a must-see, with an incredible variety of bikes on display throughout the venue.
