This is going to be a stupid question, but how do I know if my tires are tube or tubeless? Picture attached.
If they are tubed, how can I know what PSI to pump them to? I don't see the PSI written anywhere on the tire.
If they are tubeless, do I need to pump them at all?

Tubes. Max of 94psi
One of my friendly LBS guys once told me “if you’re not sure if it is tube or tubeless, it is likely a tube setup”
You don’t want to fill your tubes to max pressure. That would be a very rough ride. Use an online bike calculator for a starting pressure and then go up or down from there.
Last, even tubeless tires need air pumped into them, they are not air tight.
Panaracers are tubeless ready. Run them however. I run tubes in mine.
You can use this to calculate the ideal tire pressure

And believe it or not, tubeless tires actually do need air in them as well! Yours are currently not set up tubeless.
