  1. Why is this in the MTB sub? You’re riding a city bike on a paved pump track. Nothing about this is mountain bike related.

    Also, like the other commenter mentioned, if you’re riding your bike you should be wearing a helmet. It only takes one fall to give you brain damage.

    Edit: Getting lots of downvotes so I must be wrong. Apparently this is mountain biking and we don’t encourage helmets any longer. Got it.

  2. Cant tell from your shadow but are you off the seat?

    Your weight on the bike influences the acceleration. If you try to keep your body level and make the bike extend in distance beneath you inbetween the dips it might help.

  3. Looked a lot better after your warmup lap. Nicely done. Can tell you’re contemplating the lines.

  4. You want to pump as much as u can use Ur arms and legs to pump (pump every time you go down) then u will go faster
