I don't know if it's clear in the image, but my seat post has fallen inside the seat tube. It's part of a two part seat tube.
How do I get it out? Turning it upside down won't work, it's not loose enough.

Shove an uninflated tube down in there and then add air. You should be able to pull it out if it’s not seized.
