  1. I lived in the Netherlands for three years and this is so true, even way back in the 80s. I rode my bike a lot when I lived there, and I was probably healthier than I’ve ever been. They have separate roads for bicycles with their own traffic lights. It’s amazing!

  2. If you cycle in an equatorial country with a hot climate and year-round rainfall, it is not the best option. In addition, the high humidity level, which can reach around 80%, causes the body to sweat heavily and become fatigued more quickly.
