In which a fed-up cyclist finally rides up the ramp on an illegally-parked delivery truck and shenanigans ensue

Seems like there was enough space to park the truck in the parking strip, but perhaps the ramp was too long, well shit if the ramp is too long for the available space, you don’t use it. You put the packages in the rear door of the truck, then manually put them on the dolly and move them that way. Or am I too European to understand the situation here?
