This bicycle has seen only one owner & that’s my uncle 😎🚴♂️
My wife is from the Netherlands 🇳🇱, the so-called bicycle country where almost everyone cycles. So she thought only Dutch people could bike at 85… so I introduced her to my uncle 😁🇮🇳
The irony is that when my uncle used to cycle everywhere, people would tease him for “saving money” 😅 and fast forward to today, many of those can’t even walk properly, and now they ask him how he is still cycling at 85 😜 I think it’s EPIC 🔥
When I look back, I think he chose health and simplicity over status. Today, that choice speaks for itself 🫡
When I asked him how he manages his travel, he said he follows a simple rule till date:
1 km ~ he walks 🚶🏾♂️
A bit more ~ he cycles 🚲
Longer ~ he takes public transport 🚎
No car 🚫🚗
