So I was just at the pump track and i didn't do anything heavy, like jumps, just rode along the pump track, and suddenly my front fork started knocking every time I decompress it. Idk if it's lethal or if it's safe to ride but I'm not hoping on my bike till I get an opinion from some people.

If I had to take a guess, I would say the foot bolt for your damper rod fell off. And now the damper is hitting the bottom of the fork leg every time you compress.
But that’s a fairly wild guess based on very little information. Take a picture of the underside of your fork and share it
Fire your cameraman
Maybe your fork lost air pressure somehow? Looks to me like you’re bottoming out with those tiny hops?
I see the problem. No helmet.
Just get him a helmet and should be good to go.
Check the headset to see if it’s come loose. Could be causing the noise
If it gets down to a hair put in more air.
Sounds like you’re bottoming out
It’s not a lethal issue, but for sure makes the bike less efficient to ride, so you’ll be doing more work for less speed.
If you can get it fixed by a shop that would be good. If you have some cash, you can upgrade to an air fork at this time too.
Loose headset?
