wanting to get into cycling as a beginner who hasn’t really rode a bike since a child, i am a short guy so i think the size will work for me , he said he can do $200 for it ? Is it worth it to get into cycling ? Is this a good bike?

It’s 25 years old or so. That looks to be a reasonable price if it’s in working order.
