Where did you buy the brake tabs?
Nice. Looking at doing the same to my 96 Rocky Mountain frame soon, along with a new paint job. Going to buy my disc tabs though.
Might weld some custom racks too.

Why did you put a smaller disk brake on a bike that came with a 26″ disk brake?
how do you get the tab to be perfectly centered so that you can adjust the position of the brake caliper instead of the brake caliper ending up at the very edge of its area in 3d space where it will work?
