The seat tube having some lube is fine, probably a failsafe by Canyon due to the amount of people who forget or dont think its important when assembling the bike.
The chip in the paint isn’t really for any of us to say if its acceptable or not. Personally it would ruin the experience of buying a box fresh new bike and I’d be requesting a new one.

Reach out to Canyon support about the paint mark. I had a similar mark (on a bike from a different brand) and got a partial refund. I personally don‘t think that your bike has been returned previously – Canyon has a special category for those bikes on their website (but who knows…).
Happy NBD anyways! 🙂

Seeing multiple posts lately from people receiving Canyon frames or complete bikes with paint chips.

The grease in the tube is fine, I’m sure they did this on purpose. For the damaged paint I would asked for a discount and don’t bother too much, it’s tiny.
