When I have to rewind the video to see the phone I already know it won't be prosecuted.
It's the inconsistency of the Met when handing out prosecutions/warning letters for equal evidence that mystifies me.
I'm guessing the letter went straight in the bin.
Understandable why it wasn't prosecuted, the reflections on the window were just unfortunate.
At 0:05 the cars in that queue were merc merc vw merc bmw. That probably explains why it's expensive German cars that feature so often in Mikey's vids. In other areas, phone-driving is just as common a problem, but the make and age of car obviously depends on the affluence of the local people. Where there are no mercs or bmws, there is still massive offending with phones.
A pity you weren’t able to catch him on his mobile, whilst in motion; it might have had more chance of a prosecution.
