Bought a cheap used aluminum endurance road bike off FB marketplace and swapped the entire drivetrain myself down to the bottom bracket and cage-modded the derailleur. It ain’t real gravel (only 40mm tires 😒) but I love hopping downed trees on this thing

  1. It’s not a gravel bike because it doesn’t possess the tire girth I require but I love hopping downed trees on this thing. The aero bars help so much. The radar lets me know if a bobcat is stalking me so I can get my bear spray out of the bento box. If I run out of bear spray, there is a danger loop of housing at the rear derailleur that will snap the neck of most predators.

I had this exact bike with 38s and have done many gravel races. Some with rock gardens, others with champagne gravel. One was 145 miles in Colorado. This is def a gravel bike

I will forgive the awful music choice because of the Free Palestine sticker. πŸ‰
