that’s about half the average price / if you need a tri bike great deal, you see that time to time because someone needs to be in the market for a tri bike to want to buy one vs just a bike, so sellers just let them go when they dont get any offers
The most important bit about purpose built Tri/TT bikes is fit. Is this setup going to work well for you? It is a stretched out low position. Are you going to spend time training in the aero position so you can hold it for a full race? Do you need to make changes to the cockpit?
It could use a wheel upgrade to get the most benefit. A disc for the rear or deep section carbon wheels would be appropriate.
The price is maybe a little high for a bike circa 2010 but not outrageous depending on the area.
