Starting with the obvious.. I have a raw frame, now to counter this I wanna go for a patina look on some parts and this stem is my first try, id like to set it outside for a day or two get some rust look to it and clear over it. Secondly im conflicted on what color parts to use I like the white with it but im also thinking like anodized blue sprocket maybe chromed out bars and forks? Whats everyone’s thoughts on this patina idea ? Keep or change ?

Stem is aluminum it won’t “rust”, just the bolts will. Aluminum gets a white powdery substance when it oxidizes and it takes significantly longer to appear.
That’s an aluminum stem it won’t rust. Instead you could strip the paint off your bars then set it outside to let it rust and clear coat over it. I think that would work
Idk the whole rust thing sounds like more than its worth. Looks good how it is.
Aluminum doesn’t rust
Does anyone think the top tube looks bent? I do
