Facebook marketplace listing of this bike and I don’t know much as I’m looking for my first bike. Come from running background looking to expand my endurance training. If anyone could tell me if this is worth the $950 they’re selling it for that would be awesome. Or any insights about the bike at all. Owner doesn’t know much about it besides that he bought it at scheels like 5 ish years ago. Thanks in advance!

The bike is probably older than 5 years old. Trek has used OCLV 500 for around 7. It’s a project one, so it’s a custom bike. Ultegra so a nice groupset. Not sure if you are searching for rim brake over disc. This would probably be a good Bi or Tri bike if that’s your purpose. I love the color personally.
That bike looks really good and will probably serve you well. I love bothe my Emonda and Checkpoint….but…
$1000 for a ten year old bike is pretty crazy.
