Total cost was 90 dollars for the quill stem, chain, chain breaker, and bar tape.
I got the frame and handle bars for free and took the wheels from my dad's old bikes.
New to riding but wanted my first bike to be my own.
Please critique or tell me how I can improve it.

I’m guessing the frame is two sizes too big.
