The specialized road bike has clip ons, which would usually cost a lot. I think it is Campagnolo record, alot again. so I think specialized is more value.

That Specialized is 20+ years old. I’m not familiar with the felt, but I’d avoid that specialized solely based on its age. Tech has come a long way since then.
