Nope, you should be able to fit a new straight pull spoke and true it up like normal.

Likely aluminium spokes, most likely why it’s snapped, they corrode.
Speak to i9 they will sort you out

You’ll need to take the tire and tape off to replace the nipple then replace the spoke and true it, clean it well to retape and then you’re rolling again. Can see about getting a like-for-like spoke from i9 or at least get the specs from them to find your own.
Not super hard, cleaning the rim well enough to get new tape to stick well is the only annoying part unless you struggle to tension/true it (which should be easy if it’s otherwise still true).
