I’m not a professional but it looks like you just lifted the back of the bike with your feet instead of pulling up on the bars

Might be you’ve set your rebound a click or 2 too fast.

Are you riding clipless? If so, stop and switch to flats. Your jump technique will get so much better.

You definitely scooped up with your feet, at least it looks like it in the video.

because that’s what small kickers do. in the video your front wheel starts to drop almost immediately after it leaves the jump, then the lip kicks your back wheel up and starts a forward rotation. probably need to pull the bars harder or lean back more to make your front wheel stay up until the back wheel gets kicked up so you end up flattening out in the air instead of pitching forward. also, shit just happens sometimes lol

It looks to me like you had clipless and actively tried to pull your bike over on top of you with your feet. 🤷♂️

lol people saying clipless are interesting. Maybe they are correct for beginners, but I don’t think clipless impedes anything other than doing more steezy, foot-off tricks while airborne. I love riding clipless and hit jump lines all the time.
You def preloaded your back end too hard (look at how your legs squatted the bike into the jump. rebound also might be too quick), didn’t pull up on your bars enough, and stayed in too crouched/leaned-forward of a position. All that together = endo time.

Sick nose manual!

Just go practice more. You gotta bring the bars up after you pop.

You bunny hop. Pump straight down into the pedals, jump straight up almost , the bars will come into your waist, and scoop back with the feet
Even if you’re just wanting to unweight the rear it helps to pump the bike first. It’ll help prevent what you just did
